TERMS OF PAYMENT

All transactions will be conducted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
All payments must be made in 5 working days after purchase made.
Payments are in advance, item will deliver after payment cleared.
Mars Performance just accept Bank directly deposit, Money order, Cheque, and PayPal.

For bank deposit user:

Please leave your Buyer Account Name or Contact Number as reference. Any unnamed payment will be delayed.

For PayPal user:

Please make sure item receiver's name is same as PayPal holder.
We just accept Verify PayPal payment as international payment method.

For Cheque and Money order user:

Item will not able to send before Cheque/Money orders withdraw.
We don't have reasonability for lost Cheque/Money orders before we received it.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION / INDEMNIFICATION

Mars Performance offer customer satisfaction/indemnification guarantee. All items come with warranty and free exchange period, for more information, please check our Warranty page.

Mars Performance also provide life time free advice for installation, fitness or compatibility, our staffs will happy to give help at any times.

DELIVERY MATHOD

Mars Performance promises all items will send in one business day. Delivery Period is 3-5 working days, we provide online tracking number to all customers.

We are using EMS, DHL or TNT for international buyers, On-line tracking are also provided.

INSURANCE OPTION

Mars Performance don't have responsibility for lost or broken item via transit.

Insurance for full range of Australia is $2 for $100, for international insurance option please contact us before purchase.
