For warranty claim, please follow these steps:

• Read Mars warranty policy, term and conditions to make sure your item is under warranty.
• Report/contact Mars Performance Service Center about your matter. Mars will provide quick suggestions and solution supports.
• Download Mars Warranty claim form from warranty page, fill it up and send back with faulty item.

8 Month warranty for Mars BOV, Crank Pulley, Boost Controller, Turbo Timer..
6 Month warranty for all other brands.
14 Days free exchange or replacement for all Turbo/Engine parts if faulty.

Please note:

• Professional installation receipts is needed when warranty claim. Self installation will be reconsidered for warranty claim process.
• The postage for return item is under buyer's cost, Mars will pay courier fees for replacement.
• Mars Performance has the authority to make final explanation.
